How do I apply for a rental property?

Browse our available listings at /properties/, find a property you like, and click "Apply Now" or go directly to our rental application page. You'll need to provide employment information, references, and consent to a credit check.

What do I need to provide with my application?

We require proof of income (pay stubs or employment letter), government ID, and contact information for your current/previous landlord. Self-employed applicants should provide tax returns or bank statements.

How long does the application process take?

Most applications are processed within 2-3 business days. We'll contact you once your application has been reviewed.

What's the typical lease term?

Most of our properties are offered on 12-month leases. After the initial term, leases typically convert to month-to-month unless renewed for another fixed term.

How do I pay rent?

Current tenants can pay online through our tenant portal, by pre-authorized debit, or by cheque. We'll set up your preferred payment method when you move in.

How do I report a maintenance issue?

Non-emergency issues should be submitted through our online repair request form at /tenants/repair-request/. For emergencies (no heat, water leak, security issue), call our emergency line at 613-234-8034.
