We list your property on MLS for maximum exposure, then thoroughly screen all applicants. This includes credit checks, employment verification, landlord references, and income confirmation. We only present qualified candidates who meet our standards.
What happens if there's an emergency at my property?
We provide 24/7 emergency response. Tenants have a direct line for urgent issues — burst pipes, heating failures, security concerns. We coordinate immediate response with our trusted contractor network, then notify you of what happened and what we did.
How often will I hear from you?
You'll receive monthly statements with a complete financial summary. Beyond that, we contact you when decisions require your input — major repairs, lease renewals, or anything unusual. Many of our clients appreciate the "no news is good news" approach.
Can I use my own contractors?
Yes, if you have trusted tradespeople you prefer, we're happy to coordinate with them. Most clients find our vetted contractor network more convenient, but the choice is yours.
