We offer two main services, each with its own fee structure:

Rent collection and direct deposit to your account
Monthly Management Fee: Percentage of monthly rent collected
Tenant placement (separate fee)

Tenant Placement Fee: One-time fee when tenant is placed
If a tenant we place leaves within the first 6 months (for reasons other than non-payment or lease violation), we'll find a replacement tenant at reduced cost.
