Most clients use both services together, but they can be purchased separately depending on your needs.

Our Guarantee:

If a tenant we place leaves within the first 6 months (for reasons other than non-payment or lease violation), we'll find a replacement tenant at reduced cost.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our quote includes everything for standard management. You'll only pay extra for actual expenses (repairs, legal fees if needed) which are always documented and approved by you.
Do I pay if my property is vacant?
Our management fee is based on rent collected, so you don't pay management fees during vacancy. However, we work hard to minimize vacancies — our 1% vacancy rate reflects that.
Can I get management without tenant placement?
Yes. If you already have tenants or prefer to find your own, we can provide management-only services.
Do you require a long-term contract?
We offer flexible terms. While we prefer 12-month initial agreements, we're confident in our service and don't lock you into lengthy contracts. Details provided in your quote.
How does billing work?
Management fees are deducted from rent collected before the balance is deposited to your account. You receive detailed monthly statements showing all income and expenses.
